Hillary has been part of the Wilcox community for the past four years, and her journey is a powerful reflection of what consistent, intentional training can look like over time. From the very beginning, she approached her fitness with a long-term mindset, and that commitment continues to show in the strength, confidence, and ease with which she moves today.
Hillary’s biggest accomplishment is one that often goes unseen, but is incredibly powerful: she’s stuck with it. For four years. She’s built a routine that fits into her life, and that consistency has led to meaningful results:
She’s also motivated by how she feels after each session - stronger, clearer, and more grounded. Starting her day at Wilcox has become a powerful routine that sets the tone for everything that follows. Hillary’s story is also deeply rooted in connection. Her mom has been a huge source of inspiration, and after hearing how much Hillary loved Wilcox, she joined as well. Now, one of Hillary’s favorite parts of her routine is the simple, meaningful moments they share between sessions. It’s a reminder that this journey isn’t just about fitness, it’s about the relationships and support that come along with it.
In fact, she still hears those coaching cues in her head during workouts: “Row over your front leg.” “Head up, chest up.” “Elbows to back pockets.” “Use your obliques, not your arms.” It’s those small, intentional corrections that have made a big difference in her strength and movement, even if her obliques occasionally question her life choices 😅
