Group Personal TrainingOur group personal training program is an affordable and effective option to work with a personal trainer with out the commitment of a set weekly appointment. Our schedule contains over 85 sessions to choose from throughout the week. After your initial consultation and onboarding process, these sessions are booked just one hour in advance through our online scheduling software. Numerous time slots and training levels are available. With groups as small as 2-8 participants, trainers are able to provide excellent instruction, learn about you as an individual, allowing you the opportunity to quickly progress toward your goals. For those looking for a larger group to get a high energy workout, we also offer group training sessions consisting of 10 to 30 participants.

Our Group Training Program is designed for all fitness levels, ensuring all participants can get a great workout - whether you are new to exercise or an experienced athlete. We create a positive environment that is enthusiastic, encouraging, and supportive. Our sessions are designed with modifications so you can create more of a challenge or dial back the intensity if you need to. We understand that everyone is on their own fitness journey and your certified personal trainers are there to make sure you are using proper technique, keeping you safe, comfortable, and confident as you workout. Do not be intimidated, we are all here to get a little bit healthier each day. These sessions will enable you to become FIT & HEALTHY!
Group training is extremely motivating - when working out with people who share a passion for health, wellness, and being fit, your chances of being successful are significantly higher. Wilcox Wellness & Fitness certified personal trainers all have a passion for healthy living and will provide focused attention on you, guiding you every step of the way. The trainers will ensure that you have perfect form so that you are getting the most out of every workout session. We offer three different levels of exercise and many different times during the week so that you can find one that best fits your ability and schedule. These 30 minute sessions are much more affordable than private personal training. We truly look forward to providing the best possible personal training options in the area and helping you live healthy.

Scheduling
We know that your busy schedule is the #1 obstacle that can get in the way of achieving your health and fitness goals. That is why we designed our group training schedule to be super schedule friendly. We have many sessions to choose from on a weekly basis starting in the early morning (5:30am) and running throughout the day with the last session starting at 7pm. The schedule varies by location but you will always find sessions in the early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, mid-afternoon, and evening.
