Success Session (Before Kickoff)
Meet one-on-one with your coach to talk through your goals, build confidence, and get mentally set up for success.
We’ll go over any obstacles you've faced in the past and create a personalized plan that helps you feel clear, ready, and supported from day one.

Group Kickoff Training Session (Saturday Mid-Morning)
This is your official KickStart welcome.
You’ll meet your trainer team, connect with other participants, and get familiar with the space and key movements.
You’ll leave feeling accomplished, supported, and ready to make the most of the weeks ahead.
Not at all a deal breaker if you can't make it to the kickoff session.

Training Sessions (3 per Week for 4 Weeks)
Structure, support, and consistency—that’s what sets KickStart apart.
With three small-group personal training sessions each week, we’ll keep things doable and effective, no matter how busy your life is.
Your coaches are there every step of the way to guide, encourage, and adjust based on what your body needs.

Momentum Session (Week 4)
In your final week, you’ll meet with your coach again to reflect on your progress, celebrate your wins, and map out what’s next.
This session is all about keeping your momentum going—so you leave feeling proud of what you’ve done, and confident in where you’re headed.

Absolutely! Our trainers work with participants of all fitness levels, meeting you where you are and helping you get where you want to go. They’ll ensure you feel comfortable, confident, and supported during every session, offering modifications when needed. We prioritize proper form and technique, helping you avoid injury, push harder, and get the most from your workouts.

Yes! That’s exactly what we’re here for. Our trainers will provide coaching, encouragement, and motivation every step of the way. We meet you where you are and focus on technique and form, prioritizing progress over perfection. You’ve got this—we promise!

How long are the sessions?

​Each group personal training session lasts 45 minutes, ensuring you get an effective workout in minimal time. (And, don't worry - we will encourage you to take as many breaks as you need.)

​What if I have a specific injury or limitation?

​Our trainers can tailor exercises to accommodate injuries or limitations, ensuring you stay active while keeping you safe.

​How much does KickStart cost?

The full 4-week KickStart program is $499—which includes:
  • 12 small-group personal training sessions (3x/week for 4 weeks)
  • A one-on-one Success Session to set personalized goals and build your plan
