Our LIVEStream Training Sessions are just like training with us in the gym - with the accountability and structure of working with a personal trainer in REAL TIME while receiving REAL TIME coaching from the comfort of your home. In your LIVEStream Training Sessions, you can expect to get an amazing workout using only your body weight and a few pieces of equipment (a broomstick and some dumbbells). Throughout these training sessions you will receive tons of coaching to ensure proper form and technique, and feel the love of our amazing community. Am I going to be able to do what is asked of me in the training sessions?
I have tried programs in the past that haven’t worked… How is this training program any different?
Yes – absolutely. Our trainer team are true professionals who have spent their career helping people commit to healthy living. We work with people of all fitness levels, meeting them where they are and getting them to where they want to go. Our trainers job is to help you feel confident and comfortable during your training session and they are easily able to give you modifications to a movement to make it work for you. We prioritize proper form and technique over anything else, so you will get a ton of coaching in this area to get you great results fast, avoid injury, and provide you the confidence to push harder, knowing exactly how you should feel throughout your training experience.
But… I haven’t worked out in years…
Don’t you worry about a thing… That is what we are here for!!! Our trainer team will be with you every step of the way giving you the coaching, encouragement, and motivation to meet you where you are and get you to where you want to go. How many times per week should I train?
Our training program is incredibly efficient - just three 45-minute training sessions per week is the sweet spot for getting incredible results. You don’t need to spend your life in the gym to get amazing results - just commit to these three 45-minute sessions per week and you will be good as gold. Outside of your training sessions, completing some Self-Myofascial Release (SMR) techniques (we will send you a video training guide) or getting out in nature for a nice brisk walk will help your muscles recover from your training sessions. This will help keep soreness at a minimum and better prepare you for your next training session.
Do I need any equipment at home to do the LIVEStream training sessions?
We recommend that you have a set of light dumbbells (8-10 lbs) dowel (a broomstick or a 5' dowel - you can buy this one on Amazon for about $10). The dowel is a simple tool to create tension and reinforce great posture. Other than that, the training sessions are designed with the very best piece of equipment that you have - your body weight. And - you can complete the training sessions in any place where you have just a little bit of space to move. We’ve tested it in our hallway - works great - plenty of space!

I feel a little uncomfortable on camera - can I still join the LIVEStream training sessions?
We get it - it is normal to feel uncomfortable on camera but we’ve got you. When the training session gets going, everyone is only ever focused on what they are doing - you will ‘pin’ the trainer in the zoom window so that is the only window that you (and everyone else) sees. This is a true coaching session so it is important that the trainer can see you so that they can coach you. If you really feel like this is a hang up for you (it is for a lot of people) - we would just encourage you to give it a try and and see how it goes. Most people try it and then report back that they feel completely comfortable.
What is the best way to set up my camera?
Great question - we have a whole tech support article on this - see here! Really we just should be able to see your whole body - toes to nose so that our team can coach you effectively. It might take trying a few different places in your home to get the set up right.
What should I expect in a training session?
These sessions feel just like being in the gym being coached by the same trainer that you know and love. These are not follow along, prerecorded workout videos. These are TRUE coaching sessions where the trainer will be talking to you and coaching you nonstop throughout the training session.
