Healthy Egg Roll Bowl

Craving Chinese takeout but want to keep it clean?

If you’re working on increasing your protein intake and finding quick, healthy meals then this is the perfect recipe for you to try.

This Egg Roll Bowl hits the spot with all the flavors of a classic egg roll… but without the deep frying. Plus, it’s super customizable.

Here’s your recipe (makes 4 servings)👇

Ingredients:

✔️ 2 tbsp sesame or coconut oil
✔️ 3 cloves of minced garlic
✔️ ½ cup diced onion
✔️ 2-3 tbsp of diced fresh ginger
✔️ 1 pound ground chicken or turkey
✔️ Salt and pepper
✔️ 1 tbsp of sriracha or hot sauce
✔️ 14-oz bag of your favorite coleslaw mix (rainbow slaw works great!)
✔️ 3 tbsp of gluten-free soy sauce or coconut aminos
✔️ 1 tbsp of vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar, but rice vinegar is more authentic)
✔️ Optional garnish: toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:
✅ Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until the onion is soft.
✅ Add the ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
✅ Stir in the ground chicken, a pinch of salt and pepper, and hot sauce. Cook until the chicken is done.
✅ Add in the coleslaw mix, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), and vinegar. Cook until the slaw is tender.
✅ Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds if you like, and serve!

Ever feel like you're in a constant battle with your old habits?

If you’re working on creating a slower, more intentional life that allows you to focus on your health more than you have in the past, here’s a perspective shift that might just change everything:

What if, instead of obsessing over what you need to stop doing, you poured that energy into creating something new?

The whole point of building healthy habits is to make your life better… not add more stress to your plate.

That’s why when someone new signs up with us, we focus on:

✅ Doable changes that feel good to you so you can build momentum.
✅ What you want the future you to feel like so you have something to look forward to.
✅ Building habits that make your life better — not harder.

Dwelling on the problems and old habits won’t help!

So… what’s ONE new thing you're working on for your 2025 goals right now?

Share it below so we can support you! 👇

We hear this all the time…

But that doesn’t make it any easier to believe when the scale isn’t budging, your energy feels off, or that “off week” turns into two.

Here’s what I remind our clients (and myself):

👉 Progress isn’t about perfect days or constant wins.
👉 It’s about showing up, even when it feels messy.
👉 It’s about zooming out and remembering why you started.

Yes, there will be weeks where it feels like you’re stalling—or even going backward…

But that’s NORMAL. It’s all part of the process.

The key to sticking with healthy habits is to focus on what you CAN do.

It’s the small wins—the short walk, the extra glass of water, the effort to get to bed 30 minutes earlier—that build the momentum you need to keep going.

All those small “yesses” add up.

And before you know it—you’ll look back and realize just how far you’ve come.

Was this helpful to hear? If so, drop a 💪 in the comments!

What would happen if you put yourself first for the next 30 days?

Most of us have a long list of to-dos every day… and taking care of ourselves is usually last on that list.

But what if for the next 30 days, you…

👉 Made sleep a non-negotiable priority, aiming for 7-9 hours every night.
👉 Took 15 minutes each morning for yourself – to meditate, journal, or just breathe and enjoy your coffee in peace.
👉 Prepared a few healthy, make-ahead meals instead of grabbing quick, processed options.

It doesn’t sound like much, but if you start there and stay consistent, you WILL notice a difference in how you feel.

This is something that I am really working on this year because I know that it will allow me to show up as my best self for the people that I love.  So, even on my busiest days, I am setting aside time for myself, whether it’s for movement, rest, or just reflection.

So today, I encourage you to start doing at least one thing from the list above—or something better.

You deserve to feel good!

Building a body your future self will thank you for doesn't happen by accident.

Setting the intention is a great start…

But the real magic happens when you take consistent action.
✅ Prepping healthy meals for the week instead of relying on takeout when you're tired.
✅ Scheduling training sessions like important meetings rather than hoping you'll find time for exercise.
✅ Prioritizing sleep and recovery instead of pushing yourself to exhaustion.

Every small action adds up!

As we jump into 2025, what’s one small change you’re making toward your goals?
