I used to sacrifice my well-being for my business, friends, and family. Skipping workouts and meals left me utterly depleted.

Back then, managing my Hashimoto's felt impossible, and I was perpetually EXHAUSTED.

I felt disconnected and joyless, yet kept pushing for everyone else's benefit.
