It’s Not Motivation You’re Missing - It’s Support

Why Motivation Fades

How many times have you told yourself:
  • “I just need more discipline.”
  • “I’ll start over on Monday.”
  • “If I could just get motivated, I’d finally stick with it.”

Here’s the hard truth: motivation isn’t the problem.

Motivation is fickle. It comes and goes, depending on your energy, stress, and season of life. And in midlife - with work demands, caregiving, and shifting hormones - motivation will always be outnumbered.
