Step 1: Your Initial CallYour journey starts with a quick 10-minute call where we’ll get to know you—your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking for in a training program. We’ll also walk you through how our program works and, if it feels like the right fit, schedule your in-depth consultation.
Step 2: Your In-Depth ConsultationThis is where we dive deep. During this session, we’ll:
✅ Discuss your current movement patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.
✅ Walk you through our unique training philosophy—focused on movement quality, strength, and longevity (not just burning calories or lifting heavy).
✅ Set clear, achievable goals to help you move better, feel stronger, and live without limits.
This session ensures that when you step into your first training session, you already have a strong foundation.
Step 3: Getting Started in Your First Training SessionsYour first training sessions will introduce you to The Wilcox Approach—a method that prioritizes proper movement, injury prevention, and full-body strength.
