We have asked our trainers to make A LOT of pivots over the last couple of months and they have handled it all with grace and poise and have just made it look so easy to go from in-person coach to online coach.

We are moving in the direction of something called Functional Patterns and the theory is that we can help people move better by retraining some of the primal movement patterns. Here is a look at Mike's practice session today. I love seeing how inspired and committed this team is to continuously developing our training program and getting just a little bit better every day. The team makes training look so easy but the truth is so much hard work goes in behind the scenes. They push themselves to the edge learning new movements so that they can more closely relate to how new or inexperienced clients are feeling throughout the training sessions.
