We know that you've probably been outside of a training program for a while... or you've never trained in this type of environment before.  And we have designed our ENTIRE training program to set you up for success.  We are obsessed with the client experience and we have worked to optimize every step of your journey with us.

Our Onboarding Process
We have a complete onboarding process that is designed to set you up for success and so that you know what to expect every step of the way.  

The first step in our process to is schedule a call - just select you location above so that we can get you in contact with the right team.  On this 10-minute call, we will talk more about you, your goals, and what you are looking to get out of a training program.  We will explain to you in depth how our training programs work and if it seems like we will be a good fit for you, we will schedule an in depth consultation where we will go deep and really work to get you in the right mindset to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Your onboarding continues long after your consultation. You will be added to our clients only private Facebook group where we post daily, and talk all things health and fitness related. You can join the conversation for ideas, support, and encouragement from other members. You can also expect to receive emails and check-ins from us regularly that are aimed to inspire, motivate, and keep you on track towards achieving your health and fitness goals.

Healthful Living Guidebook
We provide all clients who start with us an 90+ page Guidebook for Healthful Living which has all of the information you need in order to be successful in our program. It covers what to expect in your first few training sessions with us, why we prioritize coaching proper form and technique, when to push and when to rest and a complete whole foods based meal plan with amazing recipes and weekly grocery shopping lists. The purpose of the Guidebook is to take all of the guesswork out of healthy living and give you a solid resource to follow for great results.

Nutrition Program
Great nutrition is the foundation for great results. We are 100% invested in the success of our clients so we provide tools and resources for our clients to follow our whole foods based nutrition program.  The overall goal of the nutrition program is to teach our clients healthful habits they can sustain for a lifetime to nourish their body. Following our nutrition program will give you the energy to do the things you love to do in life and get even more out of your training sessions with our team.

Private Facebook Support Group
The purpose of our private Facebook Group is to inspire discussion on balancing health, wellness, and fitness into our busy lifestyles!  We post daily in this group, all things healthy living - recipe ideas, community challenges, home workouts, etc...  Our members are also very active in this group, sharing their experiences, knowledge, successes, and failures in an effort to educate each other. Everyone in this group is here for the same reason - to become a healthier person.

Consistency is the key to success over time.  ​As Aristotle said, "We are what we repeatedly do." That is why we require a commitment from you to ensure your success in the program. We encourage our clients to schedule their workouts into their week as a way of prioritizing the time.   

Programs

Private Training 

​Private Personal Training offers the ability to progress very quickly under the direct one-on-one guidance of a Personal Trainer. Working with a personal trainer will give you the opportunity to have all of your sessions tailored to your specific needs, goals, and challenges.   Learn more about Private Personal Training here.

Group Training

​The Group Training Program is a unique opportunity to train with certified personal trainers in a group setting.  The team atmosphere is to both challenge and to support you. Group Training is also very schedule friendly with over 60 sessions on the calendar weekly to choose from. Learn more about our Group Personal Training Program here.

KickStart

​The KickStart Program is a month long intensive program that we run quarterly. The program is designed to help clients form healthful habits that they can sustain for a lifetime.  Learn more about our KickStart Training Program here.

Frequently Asked Questions

What Is Your Group Training Schedule?

We have over 60 group training sessions on the calendar to choose from weekly. The session times start in the early morning at 5:30am and run throughout the day until the last session start time of 6:30pm.  In our group training program, you only need to register one hour in advance for the training session via our online booking software. You can also cancel / reschedule your session one hour in advance. You can attend any session you would like on a weekly basis and you don’t have to attend the same session each week. 

But… I Haven’t Worked Out In Years…​

​Don’t you worry about a thing… That is what we are here for!!! When you start a training program with us, you will go through our complete onboarding program which will set you up for success. This onboarding program is designed to help you achieve great results fast and help you feel confident and comfortable as you start a training program with us. We understand being new to training is outside the comfort zone of many people, so our onboarding process is designed to support you along the way, to help you understand what to expect, and give you all of the tools you need in order to be successful. 

​Am I Going To Be Able To Do What Is Asked Of Me In The Training Sessions?

​​What About Form?

​Yes – Absolutely. All of our training sessions are run by certified personal trainers who know you as a person and are invested in your success. In your training sessions, your personal trainer will work with you to ensure you are getting the most out of each session. That may mean providing you with more of a challenge or providing you with a modification to help you make the most out of the session.
​Form and coaching is what we are known for at Wilcox Wellness & Fitness. Keeping our clients in proper form is the singular most important thing we do as a team of trainers. With our commitment to keeping clients in proper form, we are able to help our client get great results fast, avoid injury, and provide them the confidence to push harder, knowing the trainer has ‘got them’ and won’t let them get hurt.

​I Have Tried Programs In The Past That Haven’t Worked… How Is This Training Program Any Different?

​5 Reasons… (1) Our complete onboarding program is designed to help get you in the right mindset and set you up to feel confident, comfortable, and excited for your training program. (2) Our training program is completely integrated with a whole foods based nutrition plan that is going to help you feel great, give you the energy to power through your workouts, and get you great results that are sustainable for a lifetime. (3) Every single training session with us is different. This will keep you interested and excited to drive towards your goals. (4) Our community of likeminded individuals are SUPER fun to be around. (5) Your commitment to the program. Great results come from consistency over time. All of our training programs require a commitment on your end to the program.

How Many Times Per Week Should I Train?

We have found that people who commit to training with us 3 sessions per week get absolutely incredible results, and 3 tends to be the "magic number" of workouts per week. Training with us 3 times per week is all that you will need to take care of your health and fitness. Additionally, we offer training programs with both 2 or UNLIMITED sessions per week. Depending on your fitness goals and schedule, we will help you determine which program is right for you. 

How does the LIVEStream Training Program work?

How do I get Started?

Request a free, no obligation consultation below! The first step in the process is to set up a brief phone call where we learn a little bit about you, your goals, and what you are looking to get out of a training program. We will explain to you how our program works and determine if our program will be a good fit for you and your needs. We will then set up and initial consultation between you and one of our personal trainers. In this consultation, we will talk a lot about you, your goals, and your current lifestyle. We will then explain to you how our training program works and recommend a  training program that is going to help you achieve your specific health and fitness goals
