You can train with us together as a couple when your schedule permits and independently when that works better for you. You will have access to UNLIMITED Group Personal Training with our incredible team of personal trainers but you won’t need to spend your life in the gym. 3 training sessions per week with our team is the sweet spot for getting great results fast. In addition to this, we will send you options for a lighter 30-minute exercise alternative (like going for a walk, hike, bike ride, doing some simple bodyweight exercises, walking stairs, going for a swim, etc). You choose which option works best for you and your partner that day. The goal is for you to get some form of movement, even if it’s just a 30-minute walk, every day for 30 days. And I guarantee it will make you both feel like a million bucks! You can train together, if your schedule permits. Or you can do it separately (and share stories later that night).
ACCOUNTABILITY to keep you on track
Accountability is built into every day of the program, but it is a little different from the rest of our programs here at Wilcox Wellness & Fitness because it is designed for you to lean into your partner, not us. We will still be providing you all of the tools and resources to be successful, but our intention is for you to be accountable to your partner as you are leaning closer to each other.

Hello! Nice to meet you! We are a personal training business with locations in Bangor and Brunswick, Maine. We offer private and group personal training with processes and systems that are designed to set our clients up for success. We are OBSESSED with the client experience and we have thought through every step of the journey. We created the IGNITE Challenge because the we want to help couples just like you motivate and inspire each other to live life to the fullest. Are we going to be able to do what is asked of us in the training sessions?Yes – absolutely. Our trainer team are true professionals who have spent their career helping people commit to healthy living. We work with people of all fitness levels, meeting them where they are and getting them to where they want to go. Our trainers' job is to help you feel confident and comfortable during your training session and they are easily able to give you modifications to a movement to make it work for you. We prioritize proper form and technique over anything else, so you will get a ton of coaching in this area to get you great results fast, avoid injury, and provide you the confidence to push harder, knowing exactly how you should feel throughout your training experience.
But... my partner and I are at different fitness levels...That is no problem at all. We are a personal training business and that means that all of our training sessions are run by certified personal trainers who are able to easily scale and modify each training session so that you and your partner have just the right amount of challenge while working within your limits and getting just a little bit better at each training session.
What are the training formats?In IGNITE, you will have the opportunity to train with us in person, in real time ONLINE via our LIVEStream Training Program, or by following our at-home training sessions. You can mix and match any of these sessions and you don't need to choose to stick with one format. You will have UNLIMITED access to our group training program, but just 3 training sessions per week will do the trick to help you get great results.

But… I/we haven’t worked out in years…Don’t you worry about a thing… That is what we are here for!!! Our trainer team will be with you every step of the way, giving you the coaching, encouragement, and motivation to meet you where you are and get you to where you want to go. We prioritize form and technique over anything else and will encourage you to rest and hydrate throughout the session. You’ve got this - we promise!!!

But... my partner and I have different schedules...No problem at all. You both can choose the training schedule that works best for you. We have over 70 sessions to choose from on a weekly basis and you can register for any session that works best for you.
