More Information

​The KickStart program at Wilcox Wellness & Fitness is designed to help people create healthful habits that they can sustain for a lifetime. Most people who start in this program have not been following a workout program for a length of time, or have never followed a workout program before. The KickStart program is designed to ease you into the workouts and set you up for success.

The Training Sessions

​Every time you come to our facility, you would be working with a certified personal trainer and they take care of everything for you – keeping you, safe, comfortable, and confident as you are working out. The workouts are designed for all fitness levels and the trainer will modify to help you make the most out of your time with us. We don’t have any mirrors in our facility and we don’t believe in gawking – everyone is so focused on their own results; you will have no need to feel self conscious. The trainers will encourage you to work at your own pace and take rest when you need it.

The Nutrition Component

70% of results are driven from nutrition. This is why we include a complete whole foods based 4 week meal plan with the KickStart Program. The meal plan is very well laid out and easy to follow. You will receive all of the tools you need to be successful with this meal plan. We include weekly grocery lists, a weekly meal plan, and many delicious quick to prepare meals. The meal plan is designed for one person but can easily be scaled up to feed your family. You will not need to count calories or closely track portion sizes – just eat real nutritious whole foods and listen to your body when you are full. You will learn how to cook foods in different ways to enhance their flavor and create some really awesome meals. We will strongly encourage you to follow the meal plan but we will work with you to modify if there are components of it that don’t work for your lifestyle. If you don’t want to follow the meal plan at all – no problem, just follow the guidelines in our Healthful Living Guidebook. Also – we have a few ‘Wild Cards’ built into the nutrition program that will give you a little wiggle room and allow for a few of life’s indulgences throughout the program. You can have your cake and eat it too!

The Healthful Living Guidebook

You will receive a hard copy of our 90+ Healthful Living Guidebook that will provide you with all of the information you need to be successful in the program. Included in the guidebook is information on getting prepared for success, our Habits for Massive Impact, how to fuel your workouts, handling your wild card meals, eating on point while dining out, your complete whole foods based meal plan (with all the recipes, grocery lists, and what to eat when laid out for you), and much, much, more!

Group Training Program

You will be entered in our group training program for 4 weeks – for a total of 12 group training sessions. With this, you will have the ability to register for any 3 of our group training sessions at a date and time that is convenient for you. These are group personal training sessions run by certified personal trainers. You will get a lot of coaching with a strong focus on form, keeping you safe and keeping you progressing towards your goals quickly. We have many sessions to choose from weekly. Enroll just 1 hour in advance via web portal – sessions can be different each week. All workouts are modified for your current ability level so you can get the most out of each session.

Schedule

The schedule of this program is very flexible. In our group training program, we have many sessions to choose from, 6 days a week with times ranging from early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, mid-afternoon, and evening. You only need to register for your session one hour in advance and you don’t need to register for the same session each week.
The only session that is set in stone is the Kick Off Session. This session is held on the first Saturday of your program at 11am. If you are not able to make it to this sessions, we can accommodate and get you caught up at a different time. Here is the link to our webpage to learn more and see the KickStart schedule events:

​Results

In the course of running this program, we have had individual clients who lost 8 inches off their waist line, lost 30 pounds, and lost 24.5 inches all over their body. These physical results are amazing, but it really isn’t about the physical as much as it is helping people gain the confidence and strength to enhance all aspects of their lives.
