Conditioning Series
Our Conditioning Series will focus on helping you improve your overall cardiovascular conditioning. Each training session will challenge your level of conditioning in a unique and creative way, improving your overall fitness. If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, experience new challenges, or improve in your sport this is going to be a great program for you!
Strength Series
Our Strength Series will focus on improving your overall strength. The program is progressive (increasingly more challenging) and will build on the techniques learned and strength gained from previous sessions. This program will help you build lean muscle mass and definition. If you are looking to improve full body strength, lift heavy, or just looking to test your limits this is going to be a great program for you!

There is no additional charge to participate in either program. Pricing is the same as what
you are currently paying for your private training sessions
You will need to attend at least 2 private training sessions per week
You can start the program at any time
You can also decide to stop the program at any time and go back to your regular private training sessions
There will be 14 workouts in the program. Two baseline workouts and 12 specific workouts tailored to your fitness level
If you train with us 2x per week this program will take 6 weeks to complete
If you train with us 3x per week, the program will take 4 weeks to complete
