This program is designed to rid your body of built up toxins and wastes, normalize your hormone levels, give you more energy, make your skin glow, and feed and fuel your body so you feel ridiculously awesome. This program includes a meal plan component. You’ll be eating a lot of fresh, clean, whole foods during this program. Much of it will be greens and raw vegetables, and some of it may even include foods you’ve never had before. You are encouraged you to try new things, keep an open mind, experiment and have fun!
Success Manual: This PDF contains our best tips, strategies, and recipes to help you to refocus and commit to your health and fitness goals. This success manual builds on the principles in our Healthful Living Guidebook and takes the concepts to the next level to help you get maximum results.
Daily Checklist: To make sure you are staying on track with the key components of the program on a daily basis.
Sample 2 Week Meal Plan: We include a simple meal plan to help you eat for energy, detoxify your body, and feel great overall. You can follow the meal plan to the letter or customize and make it your own based on the guidelines in your Success Manual. If you are following the meal plan we have grocery lists locked in loaded for you to help keep it simple.
Support and Encouragement: We will be emailing you daily to support and encourage you throughout the program. These emails will take a deeper dive into the information you are exposed to in your Success Manual and will encourage you to stay on point throughout the program.

"So for me doing the refocus program was about just that, getting my mind and body refocused on the things that that make me feel good.
