The purpose of the Warm-up Level-up exercises is to help you increase the intensity of your warm-up in order to get even more out of your training sessions. We absolutely believe 100%, the better the warm up, the better the workout, the better you will feel!
If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level (this includes improved mobility) through a more challenging warm-up, be sure of the following:
- Ensure you have spent at least a few months CONSISTENTLY practicing the entire list of exercises on our current Release and Dynamic Warm-Up boards (be honest here!!)
- Are CONFIDENT in your Body Mechanics - posture, range of motion, balance, and mobility
- Feel COMFORTABLE with using some of the fitness equipment on your own
- WATCH the video of exercises a few times for key technique cues for each movement
- Be sure to ASK a lot of questions
- Are PUMPED to add a little more focus, intensity, intention, and awesomeness to your fitness routine
This is crucial - this Warm-up is to be done after you have completed the first 2 sections of the Peak Performance System and have some extra time to move beyond where you are today. If you have not practiced the PPS enough, the Warm-up Level-up is only going to lead to injury and frustration. Please show discipline by following the above "rules" before moving forward in your warm-up routine.
