Are you ready for my BEST time-saving tip for staying on track with health and fitness?
You probably could guess it - because I talk about it a lot. It is meal planning and meal prepping. And meal planning and meal prepping is the thing that is going to set you up for success. Why? Because it SAVES TIME … and it saves BRAIN SPACE! Thinking about meal planning ONCE a week is a lot easier than thinking about it every night at dinnertime or scrounging for lunch or being on your heels for breakfast. It’s amazing how much easier your weeks run when you can grab your already prepped breakfast and lunch when you are running out the door. And then you just don't need to think about it. It’s the little actions you do EVERY day that make the biggest impact. What’s one thing that you do to 1) save time and 2) stay on track? What you need to know if you skip a training session… So you skipped a training session...or two...or took a week-long break while vacationing. Not the end of the world, right? BUT here's the snag: it can spiral into a pattern of missed workouts, leading to a dip in your fitness level, strength, and daily energy. Instead of pushing the pause button on your workouts. TRY THIS: 👉 Make it a LIFESTYLE - aim to be intentionally active most days, even if it's just for a few minutes. 👉 Make it a non-negotiable part of your day. Whether it's a post-dinner stroll, a few squats and push-ups before your shower, or some morning sun salutations - make it happen! By turning movement into a lifestyle, you safeguard your fitness and pave the way for a lifetime of healthy habits. Did you work out on your last vacation? Let me know below… Feeling the stress? We've got you covered! These simple techniques that you can use on a daily basis will help you manage your stress and protect your peace. What would you add to this list?
How I “do” moderation …
First: I’m sharing things because “moderation” is a big buzzword these days when it comes to health & fitness, but it’s hard to pinpoint what it actually means. It’s confusing, because (at least on my social media feed) it seems to involve someone scarfing down thousands of empty (sugary, high-fat) calories all at once. Which... to me, DOESN’T seem very moderate at all! For me, moderation means:
Can I make a confession? I have so much gratitude for the work that we as a team get to do. We absolutely love the work that we do, the people we work with, and the community that we support. I am so very thankful to be in a business where we can help people live their very best life.
Here is your reminder that you DON'T need to spend your life in the gym to get incredible results.
The clients who commit to just 3 training sessions per week with us get absolutely incredible results - increased energy levels, better posture, reduced pain, and they build so much momentum in other areas of their life. You get to write your OWN success story. Let's ditch the daunting “all or nothing” mindset... Just send us a message to start the conversation. Want to know the truth? This is the real reason why I joined our business: I wanted to help other people design and live the life of their dreams/live their life to the fullest.
I don't share that a lot because it sounds so cheesy but it is the truth. If you know me, you know that for me I am not in this business because I have an incredible passion for exercise. My passion is for the thing that exercise and healthy living provides for people... like the ripple effect that is created by taking really good care of yourself. When you take good care of yourself, you feel better. When you feel better you show up as a more powerful version of yourself - you have more confidence and you just go for it in life. That simple change makes all the difference. I hope you found this series helpful!

It's tempting to think that more workouts and pushing yourself to the limit will get you faster results. But here's the truth: your body needs time to rest, repair, and recharge. Recovery is an essential piece of the puzzle. Rest and sleep are where the magic happens. During this time, your body rebuilds muscle tissue, replenishes energy stores, and balances hormonal levels. Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep every night to support optimal recovery. Beyond sleep, active recovery is just as important. Incorporating low-intensity activities like stretching, yoga, or walking can improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance overall flexibility. Don't underestimate the power of giving your body some TLC! Lastly, nourish your body with the right fuel. Focus on consuming nutrient-dense foods that provide ample vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to support recovery and muscle repair. Hydrating properly is also vital, so don't forget to sip that water throughout the day! Remember, embracing recovery isn't a sign of weakness but a sign of strength. By giving your body the care it needs, you'll not only achieve your health and fitness goals but also maintain them long-term.
