The kettlebell is an excellent tool that we use to help our clients: Improve coordination, agility, posture, and alignment. Kettlebells can also be used to help enhance cardiovascular conditioning, strength, and flexibility. In our group training program, we have a kettlebell and TRX session that is focused on building functional strength throughout the body. We are very proud to have participated in a #caringcircle in Boot Camp this past Saturday. The Circle of Caring Challenge initiative was launched on May 25, 2016 at the Bangor Region Chamber of Commerce’s Early Bird Breakfast by the Community Health Leadership Board. (See this article here.) “The Circle of Caring focuses on raising public awareness by uniting those who are ready to take action against the opioid epidemic by educating all of us about what we can do for others and their families who might be fighting, seeking treatment or in recovery from opioid use disorder, and by generating financial support for education and immediate support for those in crisis.”
