New Sign in Process for Group Training Sessions (Boot Camp & TRX / KB) - Create a profile by 3/28/14
We are pleased to announce that we are upgrading our business systems to a member management system called Front Desk. With this, we will be changing the sign in process for our group training sessions. It will continue to be a requirement to preregister for TRX / KB and you will be asked to preregister for Boot Camp. Drop-ins will still be welcome at Boot Camp and preregistration will be encouraged. With preregistration, we will be able to more effectively plan for the number of participants, giving you a better workout and better overall experience. You will be able to preregister online through a link on our website: www.wilcoxwellnessfitness.com/group-training-sessions.html. When you get to the gym, you will sign in to Group Training via our iPad kiosk with either your phone number or a QR code saved to your phone.
We will be launching this new system effective Monday, March 31st so please create an account for yourself by this Friday, March 28th. This process should take 5 minutes or less.

All that you need to do once you create your account is sign the electronic waiver and add your payment information. Adding your payment information will allow you to purchase sessions or monthly passes through the front desk application in the future. Your current sessions will be preloaded before we launch Monday, March 31st provided you have created an account by Friday, March 28th.
To sign our electronic waiver:
1. Tap the alert at the top of your profile page that says "Complete a waiver before your next visit"
2. Then tap "sign now"
3. Our waiver will be emailed to you, just open your email to sign.
To add your billing information:
1. Tap on "Payment Methods"
2. Tap on "+ Add New Card"
3. Please add your billing information, then click "save".
We're excited about these changes and we hope you are too. This new system will give us the capability to offer more programming in the future and will allow us to concentrate on making your experience at Wilcox Wellness & Fitness the best that it can be. TRX / KB Training Program combines suspension training with kettle bells and is designed to give participants an excellent workout – helping build strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, core stability and increased range of motion. These training sessions will deliver a fast, effective, total- body workout, help build a rock-solid core, and increase your muscular endurance. These sessions are designed for all fitness levels as the resistance is determined by body positioning. Participants are quickly able to adjust the resistance by changing the angle of their body intensifying or lessening the workout. Space is limited and advance sign up at the front desk is required.
