It also relieves stress, improves memory, helps you sleep better, and boosts your overall mood. If you need more reasons to commit to healthy living, here are 5. Exercise will provide: 1- Help for depression and anxiety: Exercise is a scientifically proven mood booster, decreasing symptoms of both depression and anxiety.
