Spring Meal Plan

Our Spring Meal Plan includes 4 weeks of spring-inspired meals, recipes, snacks, and even sweet treats, all designed to keep you feeling great while achieving your health and fitness goals.  

This meal plan will help you get organized in the kitchen so that you are spending less time cooking and more time enjoying the things that matter to you most.

You will LOVE these simple and delicious recipes and getting organized in the kitchen. Here is what to look forward to by week: 
  • Week 1: If you don't already love the 'cook once, eat 2 or 3 times' method, you will after week one! With a simple meal prep process and delicious recipes made from fresh ingredients, week 1 will blow your tastebuds away - and you may even discover some of your new favorite recipes! We are so excited to help make your life so much easier when you start your week with all of your healthy meals prepped and planned for.  
  • Week 2: Week two is all about elevating some classic recipes with a few surprising and unexpected ingredients that amp up the nutrition and the flavor! These recipes will keep you feeling full and satisfied all week.
  • Week 3: In week three, your meal prepping will reach a new level of ease with sheet pan recipes - be prepared for simple cooking and simple clean-up. You'll find fajitas two ways, Moroccan-style chicken, smoothie bowls, and more. Seriously delicious.
