At Wilcox Wellness & Fitness we take our job as personal trainers very seriously. We believe that personal trainers have the most important job in the world. The job of personal trainers at WILCOX is to help people enhance their life by forming healthy habits that are sustainable for a lifetime. When this shift takes place, amazing things happen. Our clients live their life to the fullest which in turn has a positive impact on everyone and everything they come in contact with. At WILCOX, we ensure that our mission and our core values are the compass by which all of our important decisions are made. This impacts everything…
You will also notice each trainer has a weekly, hand-written trainer promise near the front door. This promise is updated by each trainer every Monday. As a trainer team, It is our intention to continue to work on specific skills and put a huge emphasis on a particular part of our job each week. We hope clients will take the time to read these promises, hold trainers to their “word (promise)” and be excited to take training sessions as serious as we do.
Happy Training!

Every day, kids and adults are diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, ALS and related diseases that take away the most basic freedoms – the freedom to walk, talk, hug and even breathe.
I’m going behind bars. Yes, that’s right — me, Paige Wilcox in the slammer! I am doing a little time, to do a lot of good by being a Jailbird at an MDA Lock-Up to help give those freedoms back. Please join me as I fight for everyday freedoms for individuals with muscular dystrophy and donate to my bail to support the thousands of kids and adults who will be served by MDA this year. Pete Warner went through our KickStart Program about a year ago and has stuck with his training sessions for the past 365 days and has seen incredible results. Pete recently published this follow up article describing his health and fitness journey at WILCOX. “A year into this new regimen, I’m stronger and more agile. My balance has improved tremendously and I have more stamina… Doing yard work and other projects that may have once induced fatigue is now easier. Trudging through the woods on deer hunting expeditions also is more enjoyable.” states Pete in his article. It just goes to show you how much your life can change by focusing on healthy habits that are sustainable for a lifetime! Pete said it best, “The first step can be a small one, but it’s the most important one. With determination, patience, and support, a more fit and happier you is within your grasp.” Great job Pete - thank you for sharing your story!
