TIP: It’s not just for breakfast - perfect for those hot summer nights when you don’t feel like cooking. Sriracha Avocado-Egg Toast (serves 1)
While it’s cooking, place your slice of bread in a toaster. Once the toast is ready, spread the mashed avocado on it. Top the toast with the egg and a drizzle of sriracha sauce. I remember this on the days when Mike and I are up working on a project with each other at 4:30am because that is the only time we have to squeeze it in. These words keep me going.
