At Wilcox Wellness & Fitness we use many different training methods to help our clients achieve great results. The TRX is one of the training tools that we use in our sessions to help people build strength, flexibility, coordination, core stability, and increased range of motion.
TRX gives you a fun, functional way to develop strength and give yourself an advantage in whatever endeavors you pursue. TRX also works your body the way it’s built to move as an integrated, interconnected unit. You can easily progress the difficulty of each TRX exercise, sequence or workout to find the challenge that’s just what you need to safely develop strength.

We understand that life is… SO… BUSY… and being consistent with a workout program is a challenge. When we designed our group training program we wanted to take away as many of the obstacles as possible that get in the way of people consistently making it to their training sessions. One of the biggest obstacles that we removed in our group training program was the schedule. We made the schedule very flexible and accommodating so that we could set our clients up for success. In health and fitness, consistency is the key to success. We have found that people who commit to training with us for just 3, 30 minute sessions per week get incredible results. Think about that – could you commit yourself to just 3 – 30 minute sessions per week? That is 0.89% of your week. You need just 0.89% of your week to achieve your health and fitness goals. The secret and the magic is in consistency.
Life happens and things come up – meetings run late, the kids get sick, and your planned workout gets put to the bottom of list. Our group training program is set up so that you can re-book for a later session with just an hours notice. Consistency is the key to great results!
In our group training program, we have 60+ sessions to choose from, 6 days a week with times ranging from early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, mid-afternoon, and evening. You only need to register for your session one hour in advance and you don’t need to register for the same session each week.

· Boot Camp
· TRX / Kettlebell

All training sessions are run by certified personal trainers who are invested in your success. Our trainers ensure that you are using proper form, keeping you safe, confident and comfortable as you are working out. Workouts are modified so each ability level can make the most out of each session. The workouts are different every single time – all you need to do is show up, and our trainer team will take care of the rest for you. We use compound movement which gets great results fast. We don’t believe that you should be sending your life in the gym so our workouts are designed to get you in, get you out, and get you back to your fabulous life.
