In the last year I have gone down three plus pant sizes, lost almost 60 pounds and have more energy than ever. My experience at Wilcox Wellness and Fitness has been life changing."

Traci came to Wilcox Wellness & Fitness to take control of her health and wellness. She has accomplished just that. Her consistency in and out of the gym has given her the ability to “settle in” to a lifestyle that can be maintained for the rest of her life. Traci is always ready to put in 110%, every single time she comes through the door. We love that level of intensity and desire to achieve results – and for Traci, the results have been HUGE. We can see the difference in the way she walks, talks about her life, and in her smile. Congratulations Traci, you’ve earned every bit of success, we are extremely happy for you!

​From Traci's Trainer:

When I first met Traci, she was very adamant about wanting to change her life. She never missed a session with me and put the time in outside of work. Her eating habits were improving and she was seeing tremendous results. The hard realization of WANTING to change your life and ACTUALLY changing your life set in. She cut out all processed food and became pretty strict on her food intake. Traci eats every few hours but rewards herself.   She realizes she cannot deprive herself and when she does have a sweet or "cheat meal," she does not beat herself up over it.  The next day she is working twice as hard!  The 80/20 rule!  She has turned her whole way of thinking around and her attitude is such a joy to train with. Her self-esteem has improved and she looks and feels amazing!

Every trainer would LOVE to have a 100% success rate with their clientele.  But sadly, that is probably asking the impossible. As I look back, I am quite proud of the success we have had with Traci.  She has met her goals - and then some! She has blown way past what I expected she could physically achieve.

Not only is Traci a great client, she is a great friend. It's not always about the quick fix weight loss. It's a process and she loves the process.  She has inspired others around her and even myself to be a better trainer.

From Traci On Her Experience:

Last May 2014, I decided I was tired of not feeling well, no energy, and the way I looked at myself. I had lots of life changes and I felt it was time to start working on myself.

I started training with Katie in May 2014. Soon I started to see changes in my weight and how my clothes fit. I got hooked.

Wilcox Wellness is not your “typical” gym. I like that Katie changes it up every time I come for an appointment. No mirrors, no clocks, no weight machines. I have great chemistry with Katie.   She pushes me beyond my limits.
