Thinking about meal planning ONCE a week is a lot easier than thinking about it every night at dinnertime or scrounging for lunch or being on your heels for breakfast.
It’s amazing how much easier your weeks run when you can grab your already prepped breakfast and lunch when you are running out the door.
And then you just don't need to think about it.
It’s the little actions you do EVERY day that make the biggest impact.
