Pete Warner is a long time reporter for the Bangor Daily News. He has done an incredible job in our training program and as a result is changing his family tree. Pete started training with us in May through our KickStart Program after his regular doctors visit alerted him that his blood pressure was elevated. Pete turned this all around by following our guidelines for healthful living, eating whole foods, and training with us 3 times per week. "Within a couple of weeks, my blood pressure readings returned to the normal range." In addition, Pete increased his energy levels and noticed a dramatic improvement in his mood and self-confidence. The physical results of the 4 Week KickStart Program included: 20½ combined inches lost in his arms, shoulders, chest, waist, hips and thighs.
