From Suzan’s trainer, Scott Philbrick:Having the opportunity to train Suzan and see the transformation she has made, in a short amount of time, makes my job incredibly satisfying. Being able to witness, every week, the changes mentally and physically which can come with commitment to one's self is a great experience. Suzan is proof, with set goals, mental fortitude, and the determination to succeed anything is possible! From Suzan, about her Trainer:"Scott is more than a trainer, he is my friend. I know he will never let me hurt myself, nor will he let me “wimp out”. My first workout with him, I was on the floor, after doing the shortest plank in the history of the world. Out of breath, I thought I would take a quick rest on my hands and knees. Scott told me to “stand up, be proud of yourself, you did it!” That stuck with me. If he thinks I can do it, then I should know I can do it too. He doesn’t let me give up, and has helped me believe in myself again.
