​Tom Harnish has really made the most of his time here.  He committed to the Peak Performance system from day one and hasn’t missed completing it since.  Day in and day out, Tom is 100% mentally prepared to do his best when he walks through the door.  This has allowed him to make the very most out of his personal training sessions with Scott and accomplish the goals he has set for himself.  We are proud to know Tom is doing things in his personal life that he was unable to do prior to exercise.  It’s truly life changing on a daily basis when you commit yourself to a healthy lifestyle.  Way to go Tom!

​To see the results Tom has received through hard work and determination has been very satisfying.  Tom is a great example that if you want something bad enough you have to put the time in. Tom has done exactly that. He shows up early before every session, completes the recommended foam rolling and dynamic warm up and then works his tail off every session. Tom is a perfect example that the system works!  I'm honored to be part of Tom's health and wellness and I'm excited to see where this journey goes and what else he can accomplish.

​I was at a point in my life where I was tired of being overweight and having no energy. I was physically unable to do the things I had always been capable of in the past. I had tried various programs on my own with little to no success and knew that I needed a more one on one approach to help keep me motivated, stay on track and keep me focused on my goals.
 
Since starting at Wilcox Wellness and Fitness I have achieved 70 % of my weight loss goal for the year in just 5 months! My energy level has increased dramatically having a positive effect in every aspect of my life. Through a lot of positive reinforcement, determination, guidance from Scott and hard work, I have gained strength, endurance and increased flexibility.

​Scott and I work well together and his approach is a perfect fit for me.  Scott knows my limitations and abilities and helps keep me focused on my goals. Scott is the person that helps you believe in yourself through your journey. He always knows where you need to be and where you are, yet always reminding you how far you have come.
