Prioritizing form and technique will always allow you to progress more quickly inside of a training program without risk of injury. By focusing on coaching proper form and technique, our trainers we are helping you work smarter, not harder. You may find inside of your training sessions that our trainers slow you down more often than pushing you to go faster or lift heavier to help you with your form and technique. We would much rather have you do something super slowly with little or no weight than to do it with bad form, super-fast, with heavyweight. Proper form and technique is our love language here at Wilcox Wellness & Fitness. Please know that when the trainers are correcting you, they are not picking on you; they are showing you the love - helping you get better results in less time. And... the coaching never stops.
