Here is the movement of the week for this week! It is a combination of a deadlift, bicep curl, side crunch & overhead press. Holy Smokes!!
The biggest key to this movement is to relax, break the movement down in your head prior to having your body attempt to just move! So do your deadlift to bicep curl, then your step & press.
When looking at the footwork, you are taking 2 steps backward and 2 steps forward.... try not to overcomplicate a coordinated movement. Get to the gym early, practice the rhythm of the "Stick Walking" portion of your ACTIVATION Board and you will have the timing down before you even start your session.
The trainers will be breaking this one down throughout the week so you can practice each element prior to putting the entire movement together!
