Brookie and I are SO EXCITED to share with you our favorite healthy banana pancake recipe. I have been making these for the last 14 years and they are so good - using just a few simple ingredients.
Healthy Banana Pancake Perfection:
Bananas Foster Topping (optional): Thinly slice a banana and cook on skillet with coconut oil and walnuts until browned and gooey.
Directions: Mix all ingredients until smooth. Heat up butter or coconut oil in a skillet or fry pan; pour batter into fry pan making 4 small cakes. Cook until bubbles appear around the edges and the edges look dry; flip and cook the other side. Serve hot with a little grass-fed butter and banana topping.
