Our team is always hard at work practicing and developing training methods to serve our clients better. We are moving in the direction of something called Functional Patterns and the theory is that we can help people move better by retraining some of the primal movement patterns. I love seeing how inspired and committed this team is to continuously developing our training program and getting just a little bit better every day.
The team makes training look so easy but the truth is so much hard work goes in behind the scenes. They push themselves to the edge learning new movements so that they can more closely relate to how new or inexperienced clients are feeling throughout the training sessions.
