And if you’re considering joining our group training program, I thought I’d share the most common question and hesitation that we hear from new clients. Most of the people that we onboard either have never worked out in their life, or have been outside of a training program for a very long time and they are very worried that they will not be able to keep up in the session or be able to do the exercises at all.
We completely understand this worry and we have designed our group training program so that you don’t need to stress about keeping up, or doing it right - you will have a trainer with you coaching you every step of the way. Our group training sessions are run by personal trainers who’s job is to help you throughout the session making modifications so that you get the most out of the training session.
Getting the most out of the training session doesn't mean pushing the hardest, lifting the heaviest, or going the fastest - it means doing what is right for you in that session prioritizing proper form and technique over anything else.
