Movement is POWER.
You create POWER by moving your body in an intentional way that feels really good.
This isn’t just about exercise. Your body CRAVES movement and will usually feel a LOT better (fewer aches and pains, better mood, etc.) when you move your body regularly.
Having a stronger, limber body improves the quality of your life in general. You are able to continue to do and ENJOY doing the things you love to do when you are healthy and fit.
