This month is all about proper footwork and connecting it to core tension and great posture. Footwork is essential for every single movement. This may seem basic, but your footwork will determine the quality of your movements. When your footwork is misaligned, whether, in movement or stationary, you create bad habits that create compensations that lead to pain and eventually injury.
It is crucial that you continue to build quality footwork that lines up the feet, ankles, knees, and hips. Slow down, perfect your footwork, and your movements are guaranteed to improve quickly.
