It is hard for me to make sure that I am getting enough protein so I am tracking it in an app called Carbon - and I still fall short. I plan on tracking it until I can regularly get in the habit of hitting my protein goals with ease. (still in the messy middle right now but I do feel soooo much better when I get the right amount of protein)
