Recently I have been sharing myself more publicly. It’s certainly not comfortable but my goal is to connect with more people here in order to make more of an impact in this world… I am so happy that I made this shift. I have always been a person that loves people - I guess that makes me a people person. I would rather as questions and get the other person talking than share my own stories. Growing up, my mother told me that I could get a turnup to talk. This question asking approach works well in real life but it dosen't float as well on social media. I would post a question and... crickets... I am opening up more on social media and enjoying the process and LOVING connecting with people on this platform on a deeper level. Recently, I shared this photo and caption.  Hey there - it's me, Paige. I’m a girl from Rangeley, Maine - I graduated high school with 18 people and I’ve been in the health and fitness business for almost 4 years. It feels weird to me to say that I am in the health and fitness business. I actually have a masters in business administration and never in a million years did I think that I would be in this world but I absolutely LOVE it! In honor of Valentine’s Day, let’s make this month’s edition all about love! You ready? There’s no food I love more than my mother’s lasagna, no actor I love more than Will Farrell no vacation spot I love more than Costa Rica and no ice cream flavor I love more than Ben and Jerry’s New York Super Fudge Chunk. I am Enneagram Type Seven - the enthusiast: The Busy, Variety-Seeking Type: Spontaneous, Versatile, Acquisitive, and Scattered (eek!!) I met the love of my life 13 years ago on a blind date and married him 5 years later. I definitely married up - Mike is my best friend and partner in all things and he knows the way to my heart is long talks of making plans for the future. Read the full post here...
