This is a sneak peek at our KickStart Kickoff Session. This session is designed to help our KickStarters feel really confident and comfortable as they start the training process in our KickStart Program. This session lays the foundation to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. In this session, you will learn how to get warmed up and cooled down with our Peak Performance System and learn the foundational movements that you will be performing variations of in future training sessions. In this session, you can expect a lot of coaching from our trainer team. You will be coached into demonstrating discipline - which to us doesn't mean pushing harder or going faster - it means taking the time to learn how your body moves so you can perform the exercises with proper form, leading to the results you desire.
