At Wilcox Wellness & Fitness, we place a huge focus on form. So huge that our trainer team dedicates an hour every week to work with each other to break down each movement inch by inch to ensure that you, our clients are using the best form and technique. This is will always allow you to progress more quickly without risk of injury. We want to help you work smarter rather than one hundred miles per hour by using the proper form and technique for every rep of every exercise. You may find that we take the time to slow you down to help you with your technique. We would rather have you do something super slow with little or no weight than to do it with bad form with heavy weight this, in the long run is going to help you progress more quickly.
