TTT Workout 6/20/18 (Trainers Training Trainers)

​Mike was the leader of Wednesday’s TTT workout.

He really encouraged the trainers to push
​their limits and get stronger!

​After completing a short warm- up circuit, the team focused on core and leg exercises.

​Through the 50 minute session, the team worked on various progressions with the help of their coach. 

​

​They went through two types of circuits that allowed for progressions to be easily coached, regardless of the client’s previous experience level.

​



​The trainers wrapped the workout up with a fun obstacle course challenge!

The group really worked on opening their minds to expanding the way we warm up in a 50 minute group session as well as working to reach their full potential and strive to be the best they can be.

​It was amazing to watch everyone encourage each other and catch a few smiles enduring the pain!

​The group did a great job, and the trainer, Mike, was very flexible with meeting each individual’s needs.
