We have gotten a lot of questions about what we are doing with our training program through these really crazy times, so I wanted to make you this video to explain it all. We are currently offering 3 different methods to keep our clients and community healthy in a time where it matters most. 1- Clients may choose to train with us via our LIVEStream Training option - from the comfort of their own home with LIVE, REAL-TIME coaching from our amazing team of trainers. 2- Clients may choose to train with us in our OUTDOOR training sessions to get in-person coaching. 3 - Clients may choose to train with us in our INDOOR training sessions where we are following all CDC requirements and guidelines to keep everyone safe. And - you don't need to commit to any one training method - once you are a client, you may join any session that you feel comfortable with.
