We are pleased to announce that we are now offering Open Group Personal Training sessions. These sessions are booked in advance through our online scheduling software. With the groups limited to a maximum of 8 participants, trainers are able to provide excellent instruction, learn more about you as an individual, allowing the opportunity to quickly progress toward your goals. Group training is extremely motivational when you are working out with people who share a passion for health, wellness, and being fit. Wilcox Wellness & Fitness certified personal trainers all have a passion for healthy living and will provide focused attention on you, guiding you every step of the way. The trainers will ensure that you have perfect form so that you are getting the most out of every workout session. We offer three different levels of exercise and many different times during the week so that you can find one that best fits your ability and schedule. These 30 minute sessions are much more affordable than private personal training and can be as low as $10 per session. We truly look forward to providing the best possible personal training options in the area and helping you live healthy.
Group Personal Training Level 1 - These sessions are designed to create a steady learning curve in functional exercises. The design of the circuit, the equipment used, and the exercises performed will be basic with the occasional advanced movement added in. - Beginner Group Personal Training Level 2 - These sessions are designed to build on strong fundamentals. The design of the circuit, the equipment used and the exercises performed will be a blend of basic and advanced methods. - Experienced Group Personal Training Level 3 - These sessions are designed to put you to the test. The design of the circuit, the equipment used and the exercises performed will be advanced. Exercises performed will challenge the most experienced individuals. – Advanced **Please keep in mind, a workout is as good as the effort, focus, and mindset put forth by the individual. Basic movements when done with proper technique (and effort) can be just as challenging as more advanced movements. As long as the effort is put forth, all levels of our group personal training should be a challenge.
